Welcome to Davis Consultants

Our projects include apartment blocks, health centres, nurseries, domestic properties, hotels, barn conversions, industrial portal frame buildings, swimming pools, loft conversions, nursing homes and retail outlets. We have produced designs in many different materials such as steel, timber, reinforced concrete and masonry.

We work with Councils, Local Authorities, Lancashire Constabulary, housing developers, Architects, Surveyors and private individuals. We work closely with the design team to ensure a smooth process that results in a functional, economical design, however, we are quite happy to work on smaller jobs directly with the client or their builder.

We are able to attend site to resolve any structural problems that may arise during the course of the work.

There is a large, free car park at the rear and we have plenty of space in the office to discuss your structural requirements.
